| 摘要： | From 1 April 2023, some changes came into effect in the HGV and PSV inspection manuals, published by DVSA. Following earlier guidance, free-rolling tyres fitted on front steered axles will result in a failure. Also added, in response to modern technology introduced on heavy vehicles, is a deficiency (failure) for loose wheels studs/bolts to the hub, including wheel flanges. |
