| 摘要： | I was a little surprised when reading February's load security article that no reference was made to the European best practice guidelines of cargo securing 2014 . I have been retired from my transport manager role for three years, but I do not believe that the rules have changed significantly. More than a decade ago I produced, in conjunction with the RHA, a load security training course which incorporated pre-use and after-use inspection of all lashing equipment by operatives. |
