| 摘要： | Alliance Transport Technologies (ATT) is using two sets of Stertil Koni heavy-duty wireless mobile column vehicle lifts to simplify activities at its workshop in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. These activities include vehicle repairs, general service and maintenance, plus engine rebuilding and large unit repairs. Both sets of lifts comprise four wireless mobile columns, type ST1075FWA, each said to provide a lifting capacity of 7.5 tonnes, thereby ensuring an overall safe lifting capacity of 30 tonnes when used as a set of four. Each column incorporates Stertil ebright Smart Control System which allows workshop technicians to operate the columns individually, in pairs or in any other combination from any column in the set. The wireless columns can be used in any configuration around a vehicle. The control system comes with touchscreen consoles that workshop technicians can use while wearing gloves if enhanced hygiene measures are in place. The system also shows how many columns in the set are being used, plus the battery status of each column. An independent mechanical locking system incorporated into each column allows technicians to securely lock the lift to prevent a vehicle from being inadvertently lowered. |
