| 摘要： | Rotala has acquired the entire issued share capital of Midland Classic Limited of Burton-upon-Trent for £2m. In addition, on completion, Rotala paid approximately £577,000 to one of Midland Classic's shareholders to repay an existing loan. Midland Classic at the time of the purchase operated 60 vehicles and employed 110 staff. The Midland Classic brand will not be retained, with the company renamed to Diamond Bus (East Midlands) and buses to be repainted. It will be controlled from the company's headquarters in Tividale, Oldbury. |
