| 摘要： | Transport for London has confirmed that, subject to a statutory consultation, it intends to make its trial of 24-hour bus lanes permanent, after a trial found that their extended operating hours on London's busiest roads cut journey times and helped reliability of bus services. Following implementation of the trial in August 2020 (Look in on London September 2020) Improvements in journey times were particularly noticeable in central and inner London. Twenty-four hour bus lanes are also expected to improve service reliability in the longer term, which - combined with the reduced journey times - should make bus use more attractive and help encourage more people onto buses. |
