| 摘要： | The arrival of the Mellor Sigma (Buses February) seems to be an exciting development but I note that the company believes that 'light is right.' I do hope they've spent time on Streetlites, where light is definitely wrong. The X4 and X5 routes from Portsmouth/ Gosport to Southampton have to be the most uncomfortable bus rides you'll ever take on a lightweight chassis clearly not designed for 20+ mile inter urban routes and taking around two hours end to end. On a recent trip from Locks Heath to Southampton, I felt queasy and was glad to find a coffee shop to recover. The return trip seemed worse, requiring a travel sickness pill back home. My partner recently took an X5 from Southampton to Gosport which triggered a sciatica attack which still lingers. I hope the Mellor team haven't sacrificed comfort for weight? |
