| 摘要： | Budget long-haul coach operator Flixbus has restructured its North American operations but is keeping Greyhound as a separate company. The new Flix North America Inc. unit based in Dallas will oversee operations for both brands and is headed by newly appointed CEO Kadir Kai Boysan, the former CEO of the Turkish Flixbus offshoot Kamil Koc Buses. Flixbus said Boysan has worked with the express coach operator since the company acquired Kamil Kog in 2019, "bringing valuable experience from leading the brand's operations in Turkey." "The acquisition of Greyhound last year was a major step forward for Flix; the expansion into two brands helped achieve an integral part of our growth strategy to build our global presence," said Andre Schwammlein, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flix SE, the new name of the umbrella company for Flixbus businesses which include rail company Flixtrain. |
