| 摘要： | May I draw to your attention that the photograph of UUA791 on p43 (Buses August) accompanying Stuart Renders article about the Independent bus company, is incorrectly titled as having come from Wallace Arnold. In fact, the coach in question, a Burlingham AEC Reliance (UUA791), had been new to Samuel Ledgard in 1955 and was one of two coaches in the Ledgard fleet, being an identical sister to UUA 792, both being withdrawn from the Ledgard fleet in October 1967 following the takeover of the Ledgard fleet by The West Yorkshire Road Car Company on October 16, 1967 but never operated by them. |
