| 摘要： | From next January new contracts will see operation of schooldays only route 601 (Thamesmead -Wilmington Grammar School) pass from Stagecoach Selkent to Go-Ahead London Central whilst the 603 (Muswell Hill - Swiss Cottage) will be run by Metroline instead of Sullivan Buses. Other recent awards, detailed in the table, will see routes remain with their current operators with existing vehicles. Along with those for the 601 and 603 these are all for six years and suggest that the ambition of a zero-emission bus fleet by 2030 remains. Transport for London and property company Ballymore have announced plans to redevelop the area around Edgware station. The proposals would see the existing bus station replaced by a smaller number of bus stops in front of the station. Edgware bus garage, which is owned by TfL and currently split between London Sovereign and Metroline, would be demolished and replaced by a new facility built under new homes. |
