| 摘要： | The Omnibus Society is extending its bursary programme. The organisation is inviting applications from UK university students who are undertaking degrees which include public road passenger transport. The extension also includes graduate trainees employed by operators who participate in the Young Bus Managers Network. The bursaries will award £2,000 to undertake research at a national or local level. The Society said it would be particularly interested in applications related to the future of the bus and coach industry in the UK post pandemic, with comparisons of the situation internationally. Another area of interest is the relationship between the bus and coach industry and the social and economic environment of a specific area, while a third is research which uses oral historical records and personal experiences, both now and in the past. |
