| 摘要： | Arriva Kent Thameside has repainted Stevenage-based Wrightbus Streetlite 4288 (GN14 DYH) into the Oxford blue and canary yellow livery carried by buses on the town's Superbus services, which were launched by London Country on July 31, 1971. This year marks the 75th anniversary of Stevenage being designated the UKs first 'New Town.' A comprehensive regeneration of the town centre is underway, which will see the current bus station, opened in October 1958, replaced by a new transport interchange near the railway station during spring 2022. It is hoped that a final running day, using heritage vehicles, will take place before the existing site closes. |
