| 摘要： | The overall goal here is to develop effective dynamic routing algorithms for congestion avoidance and reduction for commercial cargo carriers given real-time information regarding recurring and non-recurring congestion by Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS). Vast majority of our R&D efforts over the past five months targeted this goal. We have extensively reviewed the literature on state-of-the-art dynamic routing algorithms, tested promising algorithms, recognized their strengths/weaknesses, and identified means to improve their performance. |
