| 摘要： | Vehicles that are always caked with grime are a bad advertisement for any passenger transport business. Perpetually-filthy buses are guaranteed to spark complaints from the travelling public, and the traffic commissioner is certain to demand an explanation from the operator concerned. Bear in mind too that if two operators are servicing the same route, one runs grubby vehicles, and its rival's buses sparkle, then travellers are likely to opt for the latter. Furthermore, if a driver can barely see out of the windows then that has implications for his or her own safety, and the safety of passengers and other road users. |
