| 摘要： | It's great to start this month's column with the news that Black Horse has been awarded the AM Dealer Recommended 2023 Finance Award. This award is particularly valuable to us because it is voted for by dealers and we very much appreciate your support and recognition as we continually work to improve the way we do things. Winning an award is a great moment, but is always accompanied by a hunger for continued success and the desire to innovate and meet the demands of an every changing retail world. And there are lots of opportunities to focus on as we approach 02 of a very busy 2023. Higher interest rates bring new challenges as dealers look to maintain value for customers and drive car sales. I talked about the growing importance of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) as enablers of agile solutions for dealers and customers in last month's column. And we'll be launching new Rate for Risk APIs in the coming months, which allow greater flexibility, with interest rates matched to individual customers and pre-approval options. |
