With the customer experience increasingly a key differentiator, the online reputation of dealer groups has never been more crucial - not only to drive traffic and win custom, but to help attract the best employees in a highly competitive market. Last year, JudgeService invested in the development of its own reputation management software to provide more control and, specifically, to allow integrations with other industry partners. Launched in May, the system gives dealers an overview of what's being said about the business and where, while integration with other automotive retail suppliers provides more flexibility and better meets dealer requirements. "Being willing to work with other systems is the most important consideration for dealers now," JudgeService managing director Neil Addley says. "Our integrations allow us to push and pull content with third party sites such as Google which is really important." |
