| 摘要： | The mission of the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission is to reduce traffic fatalities and injuries on Louisiana roadways. Thanks to the guidance and dedication of the LHSC staff, numerous partnerships with traffic safety professionals, and the leadership of Governmor Jindal, policy makers, and elected officials the authors experience a reduction in fatalities and injuries. They remain keenly aware of the long term traffic safety problems and will fervently rely on the best practices and programs to put in place thus allowing local communities and the state to address the terrible human tragedy and economic costs associated with traffic crashes. |
