One of the major works will be for the of Metro Cebu Expressway (MCE), with bidding due to open in 2023. The north-south bypass will link Naga City with Danao City and is expected to cost US$1.64 billion while it will be handled under the PPP format. The project will be managed by the Department of Public Works and Highways in the Philippines. |
