| 摘要： | Cubic Transportation Systems has released the 12th version of its traffic signal timing platform Synchro Studio that includes an enhanced Scenario Manager. Synchro Studio supports the US's Highway Capacity Manual 7th Edition methodology and features a "simplified, more intuitive" user interface. The Highway Capacity Manual is a publication of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in the US. It contains concepts, guidelines and procedures for computing the capacity and quality of service of various highway facilities. These include freeways, highways, arterial roads, roundabouts, signalised and unsignalised intersections, interchanges, rural highways and pedestrian crossings/ cycle paths. |
