| 摘要： | Carmix's self-loading mobile concrete mixers have always been successful in developing markets and remote locations where there are no nearby static plants to supply jobsites. But now contractors are interested in reducing waste and carbon emissions in developed countries by using these small, mobile plants. Carmix is working on a trial project with a French contractor, where its mixers will be used to batch concrete close to the location where it will be laid, with any leftover concrete washed so that the aggregates can be reclaimed. "It is a trial project that aims to reduce carbon emissions and reduce waste," explains Carmix marketing manager and co-owner Manuela Galante. The weighing and mixing technology at the heart of the Carmix process has been designed to deliver accurate and reproducable mixes, says Galante, so that it can be used for any concrete on any type of project. One of the big differentiators between Carmix mixing trucks and competitor equipment is its weighing technology. |
