| 摘要： | This project would assesses the business practices and technological elements already in place for toll collection functions as a mechanism to identify low-cost and easily deployable interoperable tolling options for agencies with incompatible systems and technologies. The project will identify the opportunities for new back office procedures, technologies and business rules that would promote interoperability for current electronic toll customers of agencies that do not currently accept each other's toll transponders either due to a lack of technological compatibility or due to other business or legal impediments. The project is designed to advance a comprehensive business case analysis that identifies interoperability options, business arrangements and rules, as well as costs and benefits of suggested approaches. |
