After conducting extensive interviews, workshops, and a Delphi survey, the research team identified successful practices and developed structured case studies to illustrate the most successful practices. This Guidebook will provide considerable value to all agency staff and tribal communities involved in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of transportation projects on tribal lands. |
