The Next Generation Cat 906,907, and 908 wheeled loaders have new operator stations, advanced Cat technologies and are powered by the new Cat C2.8 engine. The upgraded drive and powertrain are said to provide higher road speeds and performance. The new hydraulics and structures suit a range of applications. Good visibility is achieved with large side mirrors, optional parabolic lens electric and heated mirrors, and front and rear camera options. Seat-mounted controls improve operating ergonomics. In-cab-programmable kickouts with sensors mounted to the loader arms protect operators from shock and vibration. Kickout operation also saves up to 20% of bucket cutting edge life. |
