| 摘要： | The purpose of this project is to identify measures to improve and restore the dunes where they have been eroded, damaged or not allowed to grow; to identify the availability, volume, and cost of materials; and, to develop a pedestrian circulation plan which includes specifications for walkway construction through the dunes. All measures, materials, and plans will be used or designed to be used for recreation purposes, as required by zoning. |
