| 摘要： | The Region 2 IR program has evolved over the past six years and is one of the first documented rural incident management programs in the nation. The IR program is administered by ODOT in cooperation with the Oregon State Police and many other local agencies. This report presents the results of an analysis of this program for two representative corridors along Interstate 5 and Highway 18 during the period 1995 ??? 2000. |
