| 摘要： | The Long Island Regional Planning Board (LIRPB), with the assistance of the Regional Marine Resources Council and State and local government entities, initiated a three phase program in 1978 to develop options for the protection of all Long Island south shore bay environments from oil spills originating either from Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil production activities or the tanker transport of petroleum products in the New York Bight. |
