| 摘要： | Prospects for the offshore wind industry on the Great Lakes got a boost with an Aug. 10 ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court allowing the Icebreaker Wind project to proceed with its plan for six turbines nine miles off Cleveland. The Lake Erie Energy Development Corporation (LEEDC) plans for a half-dozen Vestas V126 3.45 MW offshore wind turbine generators. Energy from the wind generators would come ashore into the Cleveland Public Power grid near a decommissioned coal power plant. |
