| 摘要： | This guidebook presents guidance for state agencies and tribal leaders in effective crash reporting. The guidebook is developed based on best practices, success stories, lessons learned, published literature, and data from tribes and states that were involved in the data collection and analysis phase of this project. This guidebook will provide valuable knowledge to both tribal law enforcement and state transportation agencies to better understand the extent and causes of crashes on tribal lands in order to develop more effective safety programs and countermeasures. |
