| 摘要： | The specific purpose of this report is to evaluate the effectiveness of grooving in eliminating accidents and to establish a predictor of accident reduction after grooving. A "before-and-after" study method was used to evaluate 39 grooved cement concrete projects on California State highways. The 34 lane-miles of these projects represent California's grooving effort since its conception in the early 1960's until early 1968. |
