Aldrich, P.E., F.ASCE, for his active participation in ASCE committees and external civil engineering organizations to better the profession, authoring numerous papers outlining the Civil Engineering Body of Knowledge, and service as an Engineer Tomorrow champion and Deborah H. Lee, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE, F.ASCE, for her leadership of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute in providing for the technical, educational, and professional needs of its members and in serving the public in the use, conservation, and protection of natural resources as well as enhancing the well-being of humanity. |
