Specifically, we reviewed the Army's acquisition actions for the Risk Reduction Vehicle (XM1166) and the Next Generation Expanded Capacity Vehicle (ECV2) and the Army s plan for the recapitalization of the High Mobility Multi-Purpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) fleet. |
