| 摘要： | The Texas Strategic Action Plan for Motorcycles: 2013-2018 provides an integrated approach to identify implementable strategies and action steps to make the road environment and infrastructure safer for motorcyclists and other powered two- and three-wheelers in the State of Texas. The development of this plan spanned an 18-month period between August 2011 and February 2013 during the completion of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Project 0-6712, Evaluation of the Measures and the Development of a Plan to Reduce the Number and Mitigate the Severity of Crashes Involving Motorcyclists on Texas Highways. |
