| 摘要： | Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) that evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with establishing an off-highway vehicle (OHV) program. Within the context of this document, OHV refers to four-wheel all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) (including side-by-sides) and off-highway motorcycles (motocross, or dirt bikes). The EA is incorporated by reference within this Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI); specific details regarding the Proposed Action, alternatives, and analysis can be found in the appropriate sections of the EA as referenced in the FONSI. |
