| 摘要： | Turn Services, a New Orleans-based provider of barge towing and fleeting services, has filed a permit application with the New Orleans Engineer District to expand the company's barge fleet in St. Charles Parish near Mile 124 on the west bank of the Mississippi River at the company's Bayou Fleet. The scope of the work, according to the public notice filed December 27, 2022, involves installing three new barge mooring monopolies, which would extend the fleet a further two tiers upstream by eight barges wide "to accommodate growing demand in the immediate vicinity." |
