| 摘要： | The New Orleans Engineer District has notified the public of a permit application by Gron Fuels LLC seeking authorization to construct and maintain a renewable fuels manufacturing facility on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) in Port Allen, La. The character of the work also includes construction of a renewable feedstock pretreatment unit, a hydrogen plant, a hydro processing unit, tank farms, loading and unloading facilities, a substation, a retention pond, waste- water treatment facility, supporting utilities and an administration building. |
