| 摘要： | The New Orleans Engineer District has notified mariners that the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (IHNC) Lock will be closed to navigation during daylight hours from February 7 through February 11. The daily closure will extend from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., while a U.S. government maintenance team conducts repairs on the canal end guidewall. Work will include repairing mooring bits along the guidewall that are used when tows lock through. According to Corps officials, maintenance crews will attempt to do some of the work from behind the guidewall, which would allow traffic to pass intermittently during the day.
