This study is a management analysis of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) involvement in planning, engineering, and construction activities for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other nations in the Middle East. It documents the surveys and Interview processes comprising the research phase, details the analysis process, and arrays detailed evaluations of USAGE performance. The focus of the analysis is to identify significant lessons learned which would be or concern to USAGE planners setting out to conduct future large-scale construction program, overseas or in CONUS, where USACE has no existing relationships with the client organization. |
