| 摘要： | An extensive technical evaluation of the SES-200 High Length-to-Beam (L/B) Surface Effect Ship was conducted. Performance and maneuvering tests were conducted in the Chesapeake Bay and seakeeping tests were conducted in the Atlantic Ocean 200 miles off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. This report presents a detailed analysis of the test data. |
