| 摘要： | Mariners on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) in the Tulsa Engineer District will experience lock closures from April 26 through May 18. A contractor will be conducting diving operations at all five locks from W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam No. 14 to Newt Graham Lock and Dam No. 18. When diving crews perform underwater inspections at each lock, that lock will be closed for eight hours, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Work will take place on weekdays; there is currently no plan to work on the weekends. |
