| 摘要： | The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has performed an investigation of opportunities for the application of risk management with the agency. Discussion were held with FMCSA managers and staff in the field and at headquarters and with representatives of motor carrier companies. On the basis of these discussions, the following initial risk management application opportunities were identified. Application of Risk-based evaluation of Roadside violations. Enhance and integration of FMCSA performance-based resource planning processes. Providing incentives for carriers internal safety programs using TEA-21 framework for pilot projects. Providing incentives for performance improvement in high-risk carriers Support of agency policy development and legislative interactions. |
