Elizabeth Beesecker reported a sunken gravel barge at Mile 65 of the Gulf In-tracoastal Waterway in Mississippi; and the Coast Guard said a submersible heavy-lift ship carrying 12 inland tank vessels was the widest "vessel" to depart the Port of New Orleans. |
