| 摘要： | The Memphis Engineer District announced three contract awards June 5. Mississippi River Levees - System 6 Levee Gravel, Helena, Ark.-This $2.15 million project places gravel surfacing on the System 6 Levee, including all the Helena Improvement District levee and approximately 10 miles of the Cotton Belt Levee District No. 1 levee. Maintenance of the levee's crown provides safe and reliable access for vehicles and monitoring levee conditions, which is especially important during flooding, the Memphis district said. The project is funded through the Mississippi River and Tributaries Project, Mississippi River Levees Maintenance, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The contract was awarded to Tarpan Construction LLC, Cottonport, La. |
