| 摘要： | ERL Inc., with offices in New Albany, Ind., and Houston, Texas, has announced that, moving forward, it will be managed by a four-person executive team under the lead of familiar faces to many in the inland marine industry. Craig Theiler, who prior to joining ERL spent 12 years in the industry starting as dispatcher with Kirby Inland Marine and then Blessey Marine Services, where he rose to the position of director of WEB Fleeting, is taking the helm as CEO, backed by Todd Marshall as chief operations officer, Ryan Waiz as chief technology officer and Danny Rossoll as chief financial officer. Ultimately, the purpose was to refo-cus on the company's greatest asset- its people, said Marshall and Theiler in a phone interview with The Waterways Journal. Theiler, in addition to his industry experience, has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston, a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and boardroom experience as the executive board chairman for the University of Houston Technology Alumni Association. Theiler is a past recipient of the IMX 40 Under 40 Award. |
