| 摘要： | Building on its success, the Inland River Seminar-sponsored by CGB Marine, Fox Smith LLC, Gallagher, Ingram, Luhr Crosby LLC, McGriff Insurance Services and The Waterways Journal-returns to St. Louis September 19 at the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The MAC has hotel rooms available for out-of-town attendees. A networking cocktail party will take place the night before at the MAC. This year's list of topics includes several that were specifically requested by last year's participants, said Ted Lucas, partner of seminar director and moderator Ron Fox. The first topic, "Managing Risks through Contracts and Insurance-Wharfinger and Fleeter Liabilities," and the second, "Responding to a Serious Marine Accident," were especially asked for. Fox and Lucas have broad experience successfully defending hundreds of maritime cases in many jurisdictions throughout the country. "Salvage of a Wreck," "Personal Injuries and Death," "Preservation and Forensics Regarding Electronically Stored Information" and "Preparing the Corporate Representative and the Pilot to Testify" are among the other topics covered. |
