| 摘要： | This test and evaluation plan describes the method to obtain baseline measurements of the operational effectiveness and efficiency of checkpoints at Detroit Wayne Metropolitan Airport. The project will consist of carefully structured observations of checkpoint tasks under operational conditions. Data collection will be accomplished by live observation of the checkpoint, use of video recordings from the airport’s closed-circuit security monitoring system, and automated data collection instruments already in place, including threat detection as measured by the Threat Image Projection system. |
