摘要：	Self-driving vehicles are increasingly finding importance to be reported in the domain of autonomous vehicle as the future of transportation systems in the world[14,15]. At this stage we must look into start taking up more R& D into the manifold of ethical challenges surrounding self-driving and connected vehicles[16]. Presently a lot of efforts are directed towards to attain the AV technology to a five level system under controlled conditions with the focus on the practical technological solutions and their social and ethical consequences. It is needless to say that human factor is the major safety concern. This calls for the basic requirements like security, safety, privacy, trust etc. and social challenges in general including legislation and stakeholders interests. Therefore these real-world techno-social problems must be taken seriously.
