| 摘要： | The objective of this project was to develop and implement a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)-based data collection system. This system would be an accurate, convenient and cost-effective alternative to traditional paper/pencil or computer spreadsheet data recording systems. The resulting system would be used in the daily operations of the Department's HMA quality inspection and assurance activities. |
