| 摘要： | The Maryland Department of Natural Resources Power Plant Research Program (PPR) undertook a multi-year project that began in March 1999 to demonstrate the beneficial application of coal combustion products (CCPs) as structural fill in Maryland. This report presents the results of an independent review of water quality data provided by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA), Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), now Constellation Energy Group (CEG) and ERM, and pore water data collected by ERM to determine the environmental performance of the use of fly ash as structural fill at the Routes 213/301 and Interstate 695 overpasses sites. |
