| 摘要： | This project was funded under the Transit Cooperative Research Program for research into the strategies, tools and techniques available to better manage major transit capital projects. This Executive Summary highlights the major findings and conclusions emanating from this research. These results present various estimation, project management and cost containment approaches that have been applied successfully to projects examined within this research. The results of the research indicate which techniques have contributed to more successful project management in the recent past. These strategies, tools and techniques form the basis to the conclusions for this research. |
