摘要：	Traffic Tracker is a software program that provides a method to collect and analyze time-based traffic flow data while observing videotapes of traffic operations. A UTC-finance project allowed researchers to develop this software, conduct field tests; compare the accuracy of the data collected. The program allows the user to design a data collection screen that is a graphical representation where data is being collected. Pressing a trigger (a number of letters on the keyboard) records into a database both the particular traffic event and the time when it occurs. The data can then be analyzed in a variety of ways. Traffic Tracker consists of three components: the Environment Editor (for designing data collection screens); the Data Collector; and the Analysis Package.
