| 摘要： | Drowsy driving is a serious problem that contributes to the severity and frequency of the numerous automobile crashes each year in West Virginia. The purpose of the report is to provide direction and make recommendations to the State of West Virginia (Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety, Department of Public Health) in developing educational programs and reducing the risk and prevalence and the associated injuries of driving drowsy. The content of the report is based on an extensive literature review, West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Traffic Engineering accident data analysis and recommendations of the contributors involved in the project. |
